We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here’s how we can help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• With all tags still attached

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags or packaging
  

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange within the 14-day window. If the item is available, we’ll send it once we receive your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at noreply@aime-eu.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return conditions.
